新城，春秋战国时期宋国城邑。故址在今商丘市西南睢阳区新城街道办事处境内。《春秋》：晋文公十四年（前613）六月，“公会宋公、陈侯、卫侯、郑伯、许男、曹伯阳、晋赵盾。癸酉，同盟于新城”。杜注：“宋地，在梁国谷熟县西。”
