吴其（1899-1984），号竹叟，福州市人，曾任福州画院副院长、画师。早年毕业于上海美专，生前在集美学校、闽侯师范学校从事艺术教育四十余年。

写意花鸟，古雅朴茂。平生喜画竹，苦钻七十多年，墨浓笔健，有独到之处。
